What is the impact of burning algae based biofuel vs. gas?

Burning Algae is carbon neutral, so it will take CO2 from the atmosphere and phut it back into the air when it is burned in your car, unlike coal or any other hydrocarbon which will keep adding CO2 into the air.Burning algae wont solve our CO2 problem which we have but it will stop it from getting worse. After the oil from alage is squeezed out of the plant, the rest of the plant can be used to make ethanol.
