Discharge questions.?

I will try to keep my situation description brief. I enlisted having OSD (osgood schlatters disease) and a few other problems. Basic only inflamed my shoulder and gave me a little case of shin splints. Well being at my unit only a month now, 25th ID where all we do is run and ruck for PT my knee is killing me, my ankle is hurting me something aweful, I have severe shin splints, and in general not doing so well. I dont want to waste their time and am seeking a medical discharge but being quiet about it right now. How long will it take for them to decide to discharge me and how long is the process going to take. I would rather not have to mention lying to enlist but then if it gets me out here faster so I dont have to bs around and I wont be punished to much, then that sounds better to me. What are so ideas on actions to take. They are doing a scan tomorrow on my knee, and also is Osgood Schlatters grounds for discharge like people are saying. Thanks in advance. PS BCT-eZ 25th ID-tough!
