Martha's Vineyard winery?

I'm going to Martha's Vineyard in a few weeks and I've tried googling winerys or wine tasting and nothing has really come up. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the name of one? Also, if you've been there before, should I take my car with me or leave it on the mainland? Thanks.
