Should I ask this girl out?

well hum-mm, im gonna say since you don't see her much and you have completely different schedules the next time you see her you should ask her to go to the movies or maybe ask her if she would be willing to let you buy her a meal some evening nothing to outrageous and nothing to low.... If she says yes then there you go you at-least made the first move..
