What are some ideas for a dog show?

Ok ive asked this question before, but i really haven't gotten a good answer! It's going to be for about 30 dogs, and i checked the AKC site for ideas. i don't really know how to do things though. like how should i put the dogs in order? what should i do for the prizes? I don't expensive but i don't want something crappy that will break immediately. the show will be in the summer so maybe a swimming contest? any suggestions for who can judge? any other categories?
