Commute from Windsor to Detroit using Tunnel?

I am going to drive to work in detroit from windsor and use the tunnel. Does anyone make this drive? how long is the wait to get into the US in the morning and into Canada in the afternoon? Have you ever tried the tunnel bus? Any advice? Thanks.
