Have I stopped growing taller?

I am male, and my last growth spurt was at 15 years old. I am now nearly 19 and haven't grown a centimeter taller since (I'm 5'9). I do not have facial characteristics of a fully grown man yet, so evidently I am not finished growing, but what of my height? Will I be 5'9 forever? I kind of want 5'11 :(
